Production Time / How long will it take to create my order?
  • If the description in the listing indicates "Special Order" - that means we cannot ship this item immediately. We have to make it. Here is a breakdown of our current Production Time (excluded the shipping in transit):
  • Wedding Package/s - 4 - 6 month. With RUSH ORDER - 2-3 month;
  • Brooch Bouquet - 12-16 weeks. With RUSH ORDER - 4-7 weeks;
  • Cake Topper, Purse, Veils - 6-8 weeks. With RUSH ORDER - 3-4 weeks;
  • Corsage, Boutonniere, Sash, Hair Accessory - 4-5 weeks. With RUSH ORDER - 1-2 weeks.
  • When your order is completed and it shipped via 1st class or priority mail most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive. Express, overnight shipments - 1-2 days.
  • International shipping time may vary between 8 business days to 12 weeks depending on: Shipping Method, destination of your country, customs, ect.

I want to receive an item as pictured. Is it possible?
  • Due to the individually crafted and handmade nature of our products  everything is entirely unique and no one piece is identical.
Can I Cancel my order?
  • Within twenty four hours after you place an order you can request to cancel it and get full refund.
